KVKK Disclosure Text (Personal Data Protection)
Data Controller: As Renk Speech and Language Center, your personal data is processed by us as data controller within the scope of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of our service processes; identity information, contact details (phone, email, address), health-related information (therapy and assessment records), and records related to appointments and treatment may be processed.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Planning and conducting speech and language therapy services
- Managing appointments and patient follow-up
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Conducting communication activities
3. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be shared with business partners or authorised public institutions only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service and legal obligations, within the framework of the conditions set forth in the KVKK.
4. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction, and to object to the occurrence of a result against you by means of analysis through automated systems.
